  • Direct connection into the live MLS that REALTORS® use.  (MLS limits some info to public.)

  • Incredible capabilities! Live.  (Some searches have 1 day delay.)  (It's also a little "clunky"--my access to improve the "look and feel" is limited.)
  • NOTE: you will probably get a message that says, "Security Warning...The current web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?..." This comes from the MLS--I have no control over this and cannot eliminate it. It is safe to click "Yes" to this, and I do NOT get access to anything on your computer when you click "Yes". If you don't like it, choose my other searches.

3.  Comprehensive Property Search: (This one needs a HIGH SPEED connection...or lots of patience!)

  • All #1 above does EXCEPT that your name and email address are required.

  • NO one but me (George Kahl) gets your information.
